orple coldpressd coconut oil

Cold pressed coconut oil has mild coconut smell and taste. If not, they have been highly refined. If they have no flavor they are essentially RBD oil, even if they did come from fresh coconut. Some coconut oils have a very strong flavor or coconut smell. Most unrefined coconut oil is extracted using the wet process. You may see some unrefined coconut oils labeled “cold pressed,” which means that no heat was used in its extraction. Unrefined coconut oil is solid at room temperature and has a strong coconut flavor and scent, which it can impart to foods that include it. Cooking with cold-pressed coconut oil can help burn body fat that is unhealthy due to presence of Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs). The MCTs help convert the calories from oil to energy quickly without storing it as fat which helps with weight management.
